Come home to yourself with The Hearth
Take a Seat at the Hearth
Does This Sound Familiar?
-
You’re getting through every day, but you can’t remember the last time you felt alive.
-
You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
-
Everything looks fine from the outside, and you feel gray on the inside.
-
You keep telling yourself you’ll slow down “once things calm down.” They never do.
-
You’ve spent so long taking care of everyone and everything else that you’ve lost track of what you want.
Meet Your Guide
Hi, I'm Diane. The heart behind The Hearth.
I’m a certified life coach who believes you don’t have to burn down your life (unless you want to!) to find your way back to yourself.
I got into this line of coaching because I lost myself in the hustle and bustle, the expectations, society's pressure, relationships, jobs, and I felt so gray.... a shell of a person.
I finally started finding myself again, returning the spark to my life, and feeling alive. I now help others do the same so we can live and not just survive.
My approach is gentle, honest, and grounded. Think of me as a steady, safe presence beside the fire while you remember who you are.

A Few Areas I Help Guide You Through
Burnout. Learning to stop running on fumes and build a life that doesn’t require you to disappear to keep it going.
Emotional exhaustion. Making space to feel what you’ve been holding in, and to put down what was never yours to carry.
A gray life. Reconnecting with what lights you up, even if you’ve forgotten what that is.
Survival mode. Moving from just getting by toward a life that feels steady, grounded, and warm.
And other life transitions, patterns, blocks, or challenges where a reflective coaching approach may help.
Who This Is For
-
You’re ready to stop pushing through and start listening to yourself
-
You’re open to a spiritual OR just life-coaching, reflective approach, not just a to-do list
-
You want a guide and a steady space, not a quick fix
-
You’re willing to show up each week and do the inner work
-
You feel a quiet pull toward change, even if you can’t name it yet
Who This Is Not For
-
You’re looking for a guaranteed, overnight transformation
-
You want someone to fix your life for you
-
You’re not ready to be honest with yourself
-
You need clinical mental health care. Coaching is not therapy, but it can be done alongside therapy depending on your needs.
What it Feels Like On the Other Side
Imagine:
-
Waking up with a little more lightness and a little less dread
-
Saying no without the guilt spiral
-
Having energy left every day for the things and people you love
-
Feeling like your life is yours again
-
A quiet, steady sense of coming home to yourself
(Everyone’s path is different, and I can’t promise a specific outcome. What I can promise is a safe, honest space and real support along the way.)

“I had been suffering for years, trying to figure life out, trying to figure out what was wrong with me, but all I really needed was guidance. I felt like I had just been thrown out into the real world and I had to do it myself and not ask for help. It wasn't until I met Diane that I learned yes it is ok to ask for help, for some guidance, or to just talk. Because of this I was able to get the help I needed and to keep pushing forward. To take small steps in the right direction or what feels right to me. That baby steps are ok and necessary. If it wasn't for her I sincerely feel like I would still be stuck in the same rut. Thank you for listening to me and for your patience. ”
FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking and supportive, and it isn’t a substitute for therapy or medical care.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s okay. The free conversation is a no-pressure place to figure that out.
What happens on the call?
We’ll talk about what you’re going through and what you want, and decide together whether coaching feels like a good fit. This is about 30 minutes.
What if I can’t commit to weekly sessions?
Let’s talk about it on the call. We can always space the sessions out to fit your life.

You don't have to do this alone.
