A Place to Reconnect

Helping you reconnect with yourself after burnout, chronic stress, emotional numbness, and survival mode.

Meet Your Coach

Helping thoughtful people reconnect with themselves after chronic stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and survival mode.

Certified Life Coach and Spiritual Coach

There was a time when life felt smaller than it should have. Suffocating...

I was doing all the things I thought I was supposed to - working hard, staying productive, pushing through. Yet somewhere along the way, life started to feel gray, exhausting, and disconnected.

The more I searched for answers, the more I realized the problem wasn't that I was broken.

I was simply living in a way that pulled me away from myself.

Through coaching, self-discovery, mindfulness, and a deeper connection with nature and others, I began finding my way back. Back to curiosity. Back to meaning. Back to feeling fully alive.

That's why I created the Hearth. A place to slow down, reconnect, and remember who you are beneath the noise, expectations, and constant pressure of modern life.

My role isn't to "fix" you.

It's to help you come home to yourself.

Take a seat by the fire. You're welcome here.

Words From The Hearth

“Working with Diane was an incredibly valuable experience. She provided the perfect balance of empathy and accountability, helping me turn my goals into reality. Highly recommend!”

- Pam D

“I had been suffering for years, trying to figure life out, trying to figure out what was wrong with me, but all I really needed was guidance. I felt like I had just been thrown out into the real world and I had to do it myself and not ask for help. It wasn't until I met Diane that I learned yes it is ok to ask for help, for some guidance, or to just talk. Because of this I was able to get the help I needed and to keep pushing forward. To take small steps in the right direction or what feels right to me. That baby steps are ok and necessary. If it wasn't for her I sincerely feel like I would still be stuck in the same rut. Thank you for listening to me and for your patience. ”
